We have just commenced working on initial proposals for a new high specification contemporary one off house in a Special Area of Conservation (SAC) on the banks of the River Liffey.
Informed by the existing site conditions, building lines & flood lines of the River Liffey, the building has a closed façade to the North and opens to the South, providing views across and along the River Liffey. The form of the building is punctured along the north elevation creating light wells and allowing views to the Phoenix Park.
