Full steam ahead on site in Malahide with the complete refurbishment and extension of a cottage in an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA). The programme for this project is tight with practical completion scheduled for September. The brief was to completely refurbish and extend an existing uninhabitable semi detached cottage, orientated North-South, to provide for a 2/3 bed dwelling with off street car parking.
