HOUSE IN DARTMOUTH FEATURES IN PLAN MAGAZINE
December 5, 2009 2:08 pmA new build mews house by Bone O’Donnell Architects featuresĀ in the current issue of Plan Magazine.
Located in an Architectural Conservation Area, the tight urban site, formally a stables, is located to and originally part of the rear garden of a protected structure on Dartmouth Square North and is accessed off a narrow mews lane running parallel to the Grand Canal.
The brief was to create a light filled contemporary two bedroom two storey detached mews house that capitalised on its North – South orientation and views of the Grand Canal.
