Amanda Bone Architects (formerly Bone O’Donnell Architects) is a multi award winning architectural practice established in 2000 and located in Dundrum, South County Dublin.
The practice places emphasis on a high standard of design and detail in architecture, interiors, fit-outs, exhibition design, furniture design and landscaping and was created with the intention of developing a profile with a reputation for excellence in the design of domestic, commercial and public work at all scales whilst continuing to explore the architectural interests of the practice.
We provide a full and varied range of architectural and design services responding to each project in a unique and personal way, providing a highly committed, hands on and distinctive service tailored to the particular requirements of every client.
We work collaboratively with our clients throughout the process to provide bespoke client focused design solutions responsive to their context and to the specific needs of each client to create enduring and timeless architecture and we will ensure that the works are carried out with the most appropriate, high quality, sustainable and cost effective materials.
The practice has won architectural and design Awards for both domestic and commercial projects and regularly features in both Irish and international press and publications.
AMANDA BONE B.ARCH (NUI) MRIAI
Amanda Bone was born in Bray Co. Wicklow, educated in Holy Child School
Killiney and the School of Architecture University College Dublin.
She graduated with an honours degree in 1996 and is a registered Architect with the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland since 2000.
Having gained experience working in Architectural Practices in Paris, New York & Dublin, Amanda established Bone O’Donnell Architects with Aoife O’Donnell in 2000 and is also a design studio tutor in the Dublin School of Architecture DIT since 2007.
Amanda has a broad range of experience in domestic, commercial and public work and is currently working on a new art gallery with studios and community facilities in Co. Wicklow alongside a number of one off houses for private Clients in both urban and rural locations.

LEANNE MARTIN B ARCH MRIAI
Leanne Martin was born in Ballinteer Co. Dublin, educated in Wesley College
Dublin and the Dublin School of Architecture DIT.
She graduated with an honours degree in 2011 and is a registered Architect with the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland since 2015.
Leanne has been working with the Practice since 2008 and has experience with private residential, commercial and public projects and is currently working on the restoration of a Richard Orpen designed protected structure in South County Dublin. Leanne was recently lead Architect for the multi award winning 11th World Flower show exhibition held in the RDS in June 2014.

Where required we co-ordinate a team of specialist consultants suitable for each project including topographical site surveyors, engineers, quantity surveyors, services and energy consultants, builders and subcontractors to produce innovative, sustainable and cost effective solutions.
