The proposal is for the provision of a high quality civic building of inviting appearance and working environment within the restrictions of the site and the existing building configurations, located at the edge of Monaghan Town Centre.

This is achieved by subsuming the existing building within an overall strategy whereby it’s highly compromised design and quality can be completely overcome and subverted.

The express intention is to ensure that through this complete integration, the new building is uncompromised in terms of appearance and operational functioning.
