The brief is to completely refurbish and carefully restore the 1907 Richard Orpen designed Edwardian Arts & Crafts style detached three storey dwelling

The works involve the removal of all non original 20th Century modifications & additions and some very minor alterations to the ground, first and second floor internal layouts to provide for improved living areas and to allow for a greater connection between all three floors and between the house and the garden whilst still preserving the integrity of the existing structure, its strong period character and decoration.

The works are due to commence during the Summer of 2015.
